Personal Injury

We act for anyone who has been injured in an accident in the last three years and which was not their fault. Typical claims include:

  • Road traffic accidents
  • Accidents at work
  • Trip/slip claims
  • Injuried whilst on holiday
  • Victims of criminal injuries

We also deal with industrial disease claims, such as claims for vibration white finger (VWF), asbestos related illnesses and repetitive strain type injuries.

If you have been the victim of a crime of violence, we can deal with your claim for compensation to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).

One of our experienced PI specialists will meet you to take details of your claim and advise on the chances of success. You can be seen at whichever of our three offices is the most convenient to you or, if circumstances require, at home.

We will work together to obtain evidence to prove your case. This may include witness evidence, police and accident reports, engineering evidence, health & safety documents and medical records.

An independant medical expert will be instructed to prepare a specialist report upon your injuries.

Once instructions have been taken a letter of cliam is sent and the defendants carry out their own investigations. If liability is admitted we will negotiate to settle your claim for as much compensation as possible.

If liability cannot be resolved or a valuation of the claim cannot be agreed proceedings will be started in court. Rest assured however that only a small percentage of claims proceed all the way to trial.

Most claims are dealt with on a no win, no fee basis which means that if your claim fails you will not be responsible for this firm's costs.
